Travel to Torquay for a 4 night stay.
Time to explore the neighbouring resort of Paignton, before boarding a steam train along a stunning stretch of coastline to Kingswear, from where you will catch the foot ferry to the historic maritime town of Dartmouth, with its ancient narrow streets, boutique shops and art galleries.
After a lovely breakfast head out for the day to Sidmouth and Exmouth, time for you to explore the delights and charms of these traditional Devon seaside towns.
Soak up the atmosphere, the parks, the gardens and all that Torquay has to offer or alternatively, travel to Brixham, a traditional fishing port with a beautiful harbour. Here you will find pretty colour-washed cottages, narrow winding streets that overlook the harbour, rows of colourful craft and a replica of the Golden Hind, the vessel in which Sir Francis Drake circumnavigated the globe.
