2023 Tours

As you will see things are looking very different this year – we have decided to strip right back and just run one tour. This decision hasn’t been easy for us and one we are all disappointed about however with the big decline in coach touring numbers over the last couple of years we have decided it is the only thing we can do. Hopefully a quieter year might make people more interested again and then 2024 we can bring back several trips again– fingers crossed!

That being said we are still very excited to introduce our tour for 2023 – the magical Isle of Skye. The Isle of Skye, also known as Cloud Isles in Old Norse, is Scotland's second-largest archipelago, but unquestionably it's most stunning. It's no surprise that the Isle of Skye is the country's most popular tourist attraction after Edinburgh, with its rising mountains, cascading waterfalls, and flaming sunset.

We hope you can join us on this trip and make it a successful one. We look forward to welcoming you on board, old faces and new.

Thank you for your continued support over the years, it doesn’t go unnoticed.

Magical Isle of Skye

This wonderful tour to the magical and inspiring Isle of Skye will take your breath away, with its scenery, landscapes and rich history.

Day 1: Head North into Scotland to the Salutation Hotel in Perth, your overnight hotel. (an overnight bag is recommended here so you can leave your main suitcase on the coach)

Day 2: Head through the majestic Scottish Highlands, maybe stopping for some sightseeing, a loch cruise, a visit to a historic castle or a wee dram en route before arriving on the magical and inspiring Isle of Skye and continuing to the Dunollie Hotel at Broadford for a 3 night stay.

Day 3: Today we will head to the South of the island and visit Armadale Castle, Gardens & Museum of the Isles, where you can explore lovely gardens set around the romantic castle ruins and immerse yourself in history and discover the epic story of Clan Donald.
-Castle not included in tour price-

Day 4: Travel via the Cuillin Hills into the heart of the Isle of Skye and enjoy a visit to Dunvegan Castle & Gardens, the seat of the Clan Macleod and the oldest continually occupied castle in Scotland. This afternoon, you could visit the island’s ‘capital’, Portree, with its Aros Centre and picturesque natural harbour or enjoy a wee dram at Talisker Distillery.

Day 5: Sadly, it’s time to leave the Isle of Skye, but don’t miss a photo opportunity at Eileen Donan Castle, before heading via Loch Lomond to the Winnock Hotel in Drymen, your overnight hotel (a smaller overnight bag recommended here again!).

Day 6: Time for home.
